HireHealthcare Resume Maker is designed as a privacy-first resume builder for RN, RPN, and PSW job seekers. The builder runs in the visitor’s browser and does not require an account or database to create a resume.
Resume information
When a visitor types resume information into the builder, that information is used in the browser to generate the live resume preview and export files. This version does not submit resume content to the server, email it, or store it in a website database.
Browser draft storage
For convenience, the builder may save a draft in the visitor’s own browser local storage. This helps the draft remain available if the page is refreshed on the same device. Visitors can clear the draft from the builder at any time using the “Clear Draft” button, or by clearing browser data.
Information visitors should not enter
Visitors should not include sensitive identification numbers in a resume, such as SIN, health card number, passport number, banking information, or full date of birth. References should only be listed with permission.

Changes
This policy may be updated as the resume maker evolves, especially if future versions add accounts, cloud storage, employer sharing, or analytics.
